Self Registration
There will be no self check-in this year.
No Refund Policy
Traditionally, refunds are not allowed except in extenuating circumstances where Heidi Dubois or Anna Wood make an exception. Otherwise, conference registration fees and exhibit fees are non-refundable.
Meals
Q: Are meals refundable?
- A: Yes, meals are refundable/adjustable up until Friday, December 27th at 5pm, or until the meal is sold out.
Q: Can I add/change a meal plan?
- A: Yes. Meal tickets can be returned up until Friday, December 27th at 5pm. You may return meals by visiting the registration desk or emailing the registration team at registration@gycweb.org. Note: Meals cannot be refunded or changed after sundown on Friday.
Q: Can a group organizer change meal options for a group member?
- A: Only during initial registration. After checkout, meals can only be managed by the individual in their personal profile.
T-shirts
Q: Can I change my shirt size?
- A: Shirts can be exchanged at the GYC Hospitality Booth beginning Sabbath night, subject to availability.
Q: Can shirts be purchased at the convertion?
- A: Yes, Shirts can be purchased at the GYC Hospitality Booth beginning Sabbath night, subject to availability.
Groups
Onsite: Attendees coming as a group should register individually (trying to register with a single email will be frustrating due to multiple logins/logouts needed to complete each profile). (**Since we no longer have the $30 onsite surcharge, if a group is wanting to register and/or one person is wanting to pay for multiple people it would be simpler to register them in a group so as to only have to enter payment information once. You will have to enter each person's profile information regardless, but at least one extra step per profile will be avoided.)
Q: I registered someone in my group, but I’m not finding them in check-in.
- A: Did the group member complete their registration by clicking the link? Use a mobile device to do so, or come to the registration desk.
Q: Can I add to my group after I’ve already registered?
- A: No. Once groups are confirmed, they cannot be altered or added to. If you need to add a minor to a chaperone in the group, this must be done at the registration desk.
Q: What do I do with my chaperone forms?
- A: Keep them. We don’t need them, but they are for you to show authorities in case of emergency.
Q: Where do we pick up T-Shirts?
- A: Pre-purchased T-shirts will be available for pickup at the Hospitality booth on Friday. After Friday, T-shirts will be given away at the GYC Booth in the Exhibit Hall. If someone would like to purchase a GYC t-shirt, they can buy one at the GYC booth for $20 per shirt. Sales will last as long as shirts are available.
Weekend Visitor Policy
Friday night and Sabbath will be open to the public for free. If you wish to attend GYC on Sabbath, you will need to register for a Sabbath-only pass and visit the registration desk to get your wristband. No one will be allowed into the meeting without proper identification.
Badges
Reprints are available, but badge loss is discouraged. If you have meals on your ticket and someone else uses your lost badge to enter the meal hall, your new badge will show an alert that the meal ticket has already been used.
